Let me be fair. At any restaurant, it's a challenge to scavenge for food that fits into a low-carb regimen. With that said, I thought I'd give the Berkshire Grill in Bridgeton a try.
Before devoting myself to the high-protein, low-carbohydrate lifestyle, I had enjoyed eating out. A favorite was the Grill, which is known for its great burgers and dinner salads.
