38-year-old Jann Stone suffers from lymphedema. The build-up of lymph fluids in her legs left her so little mobility, she eventually tipped the scales at 570 pounds. One picture was the last straw for Stone, who grew up in Chattanooga and now lives in Largo, Florida.
