Red meat used to be in the small tip of the food pyramid for many diets. But not any more. The growing popularity of high protein diets is sending beef prices to record highs. And one Wichita Falls meat merchant says high cattle prices will continue to trickle down to the pocket books of shoppers in the supermarket.
