Passing through town on his way from an investor meeting in Canada to other stops before dinner plans in New York City, Richard M. Duffy made a pit stop in Fulton last week to enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
Though the schedule was hectic, Duffy said it did not compare to the schedule he held as Island Capital worked to secure equipment and two buildings in the former Nestle plant.
