Husband-and-wife team Jeff and Tami Shaffer, who opened Supplement Express in the tanning salon six weeks go at 914 Main St., are tapping into the low-carbohydrate, high-protein diet craze that's swept the nation.
"When we opened, we thought the supplements would be the big sellers, but the low-carb inventory started flying off the shelves," Tami Shaffer said.
